How Does Your Team Rank?

ESPN with their weekly rankings…

1. Blackhawks 11-4-3 The Blackhawks are in a groove, at least offensively, as they won their third straight game Sunday night after going winless in three to take over top spot in the NHL standings.

2. Penguins 10-4-3 A big win at home against Dallas on Friday was followed by disappointing loss in Carolina on Saturday. But the Pens, still awaiting the return of Sidney Crosby, are 7-2-1 in their past 10 and their plus-11 goal differential is top five in the league.

3. Rangers 9-3-3 The Rangers’ climb through the Power Rankings mirrors their ascension through the Eastern Conference standings. They’ve won six in a row and are getting the kinds of contributions from up and down the lineup that coach John Tortorella has been looking for all season. Daniel Girardi is emerging as a top-flight point producer and leader along the blue line in Marc Staal’s absence.

continue for the rest of the NHL…
