I apologize if that was a cynical comment on my part, I suppose there’s nothing wrong with Ted promoting his companies.  I just wish people in these positions (like Ted) would be more upfront and fully disclose their dealings with companies when posting items such as this.

Buzz, I agree he should have mentioned his connection this time, but he has previously written about how he owns the company.
