Jean-Francois Jacques Elbow Worth A Suspension?

from Eric Stephens of Ducks Blog,
Ducks winger Jean-Francois Jacques could face a hearing with Shanahan after a questionable hit on Columbus forward R.J. Umberger in the third period of a 7-4 victory over the Blue Jackets on Sunday night.
Jacques appeared to go high with an elbow that drew a five-minute major penalty. Umberger called the hit “very dirty” and said “he’ll get another one” when told of Jacques’ suspension to start this season.
“I got a pass and I was in a shooting motion,” Umberger said. “Clearly defenseless. You can’t hit a guy like that right there, especially directly to the head. It’s a clear hit that they’re trying to get rid of in this league.”
