Recently the good folks at H2O Overdrive, a direct advertiser on KK, sent me a sampler package of their products.
I am a firm believer that these types of hydration drinks need to first, taste good, and second, leave no after effects. In those terms, the drinks passed my unique taste buds.
They offer two hydration products. H2O Overdrive is their professional version for competitive use. H2O Overdrive Hydrate is a milder version of the same formula, but with no caffeine, intended for everyday use. Both improve hydration, energy, stamina, and recovery.
I have tried both types of drinks. The first, H2O Overdrive Hydrate, was taken when I was suffering from flu-like symptoms and it certainly did the trick.
I have also used the drink after a daily 30 minute walk and found my body craving it after drinking the product the first time.
As a middle-aged male, my workouts are not intense, instead they are geared toward cardio and building up muscle via working with light weights.
Using these drinks was beneficial to me since I noticed an energy boost after drinking the product on a regular basis for a week.
I can without any doubts personally recommend trying these products for yourself and it is nice to know you can purchase the drink directly from H2O Overdrive.
