from Ansar Khan of Mlive,
Detroit Red Wings forward Henrik Zetterberg had his back tighten up during the morning skate today at the American Airlines Center, putting his status for the game against Dallas in question.
Zetterberg spent extra time getting treatment but said he had no idea if he’ll be ready to play.
“It’s a little stiff, seized up a litte bit out there,’’ Zetterberg said. “Did some treatment, go back to the hotel, see how it is tonight.’’
Brian Rafalski is also a game time decision as he tries to recover from a “bump on his back”.

All the points they dropped playing like garbage when everyone was healthy look bigger and bigger with each one of these injuries.

All the top scorers go down. Our top two centers.
Fil needs to step up in a big way.

If Hank can’t play and Rafi can, I’d love to see Babs put the Big E up on the second line, at least for a few shifts.

please stop losing to dallas. the janitor where i work checks the score after each game between dallas and detroit. he’s not even a box score analyst. he’s a scoreboard analyst. if dallas wins tonight, regardless of how the game was played, i will hear the following phrase tomorrow:
“boy, dallas sure put a whoopin on ol’ DEEtroit last night…”
please play, hank. please…

Alright Jobu. The jig is up, the joke is over, this shit isn’t funny anymore.
But now, all of a sudden, I have the feeling that the Wings are gonna stomp the original Bubba. Cocaine’s a hell of a drug.
