Zach Bogosian Signs With The Tampa Bay Lightning

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed free agent defenseman Zach Bogosian to a one-year, $1.3 million contract tonight, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced.

Bogosian, 6-foot-3, 226 pounds, has played in 636 career NHL games with the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets and Atlanta Thrashers, recording 53 goals, nine power play goals and 194 points. That includes 19 games, one goal and five points with Buffalo this season before his contract was terminated, making him an unrestricted free agent.
