You Don’t Know How Long Concussion Symptoms Will Last

Concussions are tricky things as the Blackhawks are finding out with Jonathan Toews and Brent Seabrook.

Toews and Seabrook missed their second straight game Monday as a result of the concussion-like symptoms they suffered from hits last week against Vancouver.

While coach Joel Quenneville is hopeful one or both of his stars can return later this week, it sounded as if Toews and Seabrook weren’t progressing as well Monday as the team said they were over the weekend.

“Right now they’re not doing much,” Quenneville said.
