Winter Classic Tickets Up For Grabs

Now that the NHL is back and on time this season fans are looking at schedules and how teams are starting the season to figure out games they my want to attend.  Of course this season fans are blessed with the Winter Classic in Ann Arbor and the Stadium Series to follow it.

How does one get their hands on a pair of Winter Classic tickets at this point in time?  Kevin Miller has a pair he is looking to give away for as low as $1.00

Former NHL and Team USA player Kevin Miller is looking to raise money for the Greater Lansing Amateur Hockey Association (GLAHA) by raffling off some prizes.

First Prize: Two Tickets to the 2013 Winter Classic:  Detroit Red Wings vs. Toronto Maple Leafs to be played at Michigan Stadium (The Big House) on Jan 1st 2014 at 3:00 p.m.

Second Prize: Two Tickets to the Great Lakes Invitational on December 28, 2013. Part of the Hockeytown Festival leading up to the Winter Classic the GLI will see the Consolation and Finals game played outdoors at Comerica Park in Downtown Detroit.  The four teams participating in this years GLI are: Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Western Michigan University, and Michigan Technological University.

Third Prize: A Michigan State Football Helmet

Fourth Prize: $50 certificate to Mert’s Specialty Meat

Fifth Prize: $50 certificate to Mert’s Specialty Meat

Tickets for the raffle are $1.00 each.  That’s right you could have a pair of Winter Classic tickets for as low as a dollar.

To enter send a check made out to the GLAHA and a self addressed stamped envelope (for your raffle tickets) to:

No need to be present to win any of the prizes.  Out of State entries are more than welcome.  GLAHA Raffle Tickets are a tax write off as well.
