COLUMBUS (June 23, 2007)—Sixty-three U.S.-born players, representing a record 30% of the total, were selected in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft that concluded today. The previous high was 28.2%, set last year.
Following is a breakdown of 2007 Entry Draft selections by birthplace:
