Big hit on Luke Glendening but he did return to the game.

Below watch a scrum near the end of the game.

That’s a terrible hit by Zadorov.
Yeah he’s tall but he knew what he was doing
targeting the chin.

This is the problem with Calgary.
Apparently the only way for them is to try and be
Boston West.

I hope Mark Stone has a sense of shame because that image of him
is ridiculous.

You know Calgary loses a game and just like Boston they attack
their opponent in the waning moments. It ought to be embarrassing.

Dallas is kind of a dirty team with a captain like Benn,
but they don’t compare to Calgary.

Zadorov should of been out of the game with the hit on Glendening. That was a direct elbow to the jaw/head. What Frickin bullshit that zadorov did not get ejected. The last few years these refs are as bad as some from 70s and 80s. Zadorov should face a suspension or this league will hit a new low in my mind.

Mike Stone going after one of the smaller players on the ice. Good grief. Cal Gary goons it up again.

Allan Walsh tweet,

Text I received from an NHL player watching the game after Glendening returned. “How is this possible? It’s like a boxer getting KOed, he left and the doctors ask him stupid questions . And then the doctors say…hey you passed the test. Get back out there tiger.”

Walsh has more in his recent Twitter timeline.

NHL Release

Nikita Zadorov will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Saturday.

The Calgary Flames defenseman is facing discipline for an illegal check to the head against Dallas Stars forward Luke Glendening.

The incident occurred at 3:50 of the second period in the Flames’ 4-2 loss in Game 6 of the Western Conference First Round at American Airlines Center on Friday. No penalty was assessed on the play.

Glendening left the game and did not return.

Game 7 of the series will be at Calgary on Sunday (9:30 p.m. ET; ESPN2, SN, TVAS, BSSW).

The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: illegal check to the head. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
