Always love how Sabre games in Florida (and Phoenix) almost sound like home games with all the ex-pat Buffalonians in attendance.

Every time I hear his voice I think of his LaFontaine goal calls. It makes me laugh every time.

It’s hilarious to see the height difference between Gerbe and Myers when they’re celebrating after the goal. Reminds me of the Gionta v. Chara matchup the other night. RE: Jeanerette’s call of the game - his voice lost a lot of magic for me after I realized that he sounds like that every game, even after they continued the game after that horrible incident when a Panthers player (Zednik?) had his neck sliced open by Jokinen. Ever since then I turn him off or look for the other teams’ feed.
