Agreed. This is great, but I wish they set a time limit for review. If you can’t tell if it’s offside or not within X time (1-2 mins?) call on the ice stands. It’s excruciating seeing an offsides call that had nothing to do with the ensuing goal be reviewed for many minutes.

Personally I would have preferred the offsides challenge removed. Only the egregious ones really matter to me and the officials very rarely get those wrong. A couple ticky-tack inches doesn’t gain the offense much of an advantage.
