No call, two minutes or a penalty shot?

I would have called nothing.  Didn’t see an infraction, and he was able to get a scoring chance during the course of play, so definitely not a penalty shot.

And the refs keep up the stellar level officiating that they are known for far and wide.  Can we start some kind of Referee Exchange Program with the WWE?

Can we see the reverse angle? It looks like the stick doesn’t even touch him, but it’s hard to tell. I say no call.

From that angle, clearly it’s no call. Even if the other angle showed a stick somehow tangled in the glove, it’s a 2 minute minor.

Two minute minor. The way the game is called the beginning of the year, and all year, occasionally, stick parallel, contact is made, 2 minute penalty. According to league rules. Dude got a shot off. Not a penalty shot.
