Video- Phaneuf Meets The Media Post-Game Last Night

Phaneuf addresses the media and discusses his decision to "jump" a play in the Leafs' offensive zone, allowing the Bruins a 2-1 break and the OT goal by Krejci.

Bruins have a way of making the play when they see the big hit coming. Saw something similar happen in the last game of the regular season when the Sens Methot went in for a big hit in the dying seconds of a period, but the play was made to allow a two on one to continue and result in a goal.

Still, Phaneuf makes a risky play in overtime and isn’t able to recover. His mea culpa is probably appropriate.
