But if Doc is leaving, who’s going to know when a player “waffles” a puck into the corner?
He was a unique voice and personality. Personally, I’ll miss his play-by-play commentary.

I enjoyed listening to Doc, but could do without Pittsburgh and Chicago lovers Pierre and Olsuck.

I would still push for someone else’s voice for NHL retrospectives. I think they need to find the NHL version of John Facenda.
