Video- Boston/Montreal Scrum

With about 24 seconds left in the game last night, numerous scrums broke out including Andrei Markov using the 'getting all to familiar stick between the legs move' on Chara.

I have started the YouTube video at the point where you can see it best...

Another view below...

from Mike Cole of NESN,

The Canadiens appeared to send their message via Twitter, while Bruins coach Claude Julien defended his club when speaking with reporters in his postgame news conference.

“All I said was that we’re perceived like the bad guys, and they’re the good guys,” Julien said. “When Markov trips Chara and puts his stick between his legs, somebody’s going to react. Whether it’s right or wrong, Zdeno reacted and then everything else happened.”

B’s show their maturity when they are in a situation of loosing - I couldn’t support a team like that.

Should make for a fantastic game 7.

The tweet could not be directed at the Bruins as that is way beyond the organization.

The tweet was directed at Habs fans who should stay classy and not throw litter on the ice or at the exiting Bruins ... because that is behaviour of Boston fans and Habs fans need to emulate the on ice play of their team. Don’t stoop to “their” behaviour.

I watch this and all I can think of is what Tony Marinaro said in reference to the Bruins - “THE ANIMALS HAVE ESCAPED THE ZOO!!!”
