Video- A Goalie Swap Between The Edmonton Oilers And Philadelphia Flyers?

One question, why would the Flyers want Cam Talbot?  This season- 31 games played, 3.36 GAA and a ave percentage of .893.

Via Sportsnet,

The Hockey Central panel takes a look at Cam Talbot and Brian Elliott potentially being involved in a trade that could make sense for both the Edmonton Oilers and Philadelphia Flyers.

True, but this is one year. His career GAA and save percentage are pretty much statistically identical to Elliott’s.

Neither team seems to be making the playoffs (unless they make this swap and one or both of these goalies start playing out of their minds), so it’ not like it’s going to get worse for either team.
