How enormously uninformative. Everything they said has been out there for days or weeks already. No serious analysis. Most interesting thing was left unexamined, that it makes more sense for the Canucks to trade Schneider than Luongo. Maybe I am biased but I think the best hockey analysis comes from the Illegal Curve in Winnipeg. They discussed the Luongo-Schneider issue at length today. Smartest commentary I’ve heard. On the Hotstove, I love Elliot Friedman, but can’t figure out why the CBC employs Eric Francis or Glen Healey. Ron McLean too should be gracefully put out to pasture. I’m hardly the first to say this but HNIC needs a thorough revamping.
