What ever happened to shrinking goaltender equipment. They did such a great job last time on this issue? What was it again, oh yea i remember, some goalies even got to wear bigger thigh risers. Only professional sports league in the world that addresses an issue, fails horrible, claims success and moves on. What an absolute joke. Now the two-line pass may return, has anyone realized that after the lockout the neutral zone got smaller to make the attacking zones bigger. Todays red line and blue lines are so much closer making it more difficult to avoid two line passes. Not one pundit or coach or GM has mentioned that fact, will they return the zones to original size or what? It amazes me that no one ever mentions this obvious fact. This proves one thing though, that Hockey truely is the greatest game on earth, because no other sport could survive this much incompetence from its leadership and still survive.
