Vancouver Crossing Their Fingers

Two of Vancouvers top dmen left Olympic games today due to injury. Ohlund for Sweden (arm, shouler, ribs?) and Salo(shoulder) for Finland left their games earlier today. from the AP & CP via TSN,
Sweden defenceman Mattias Ohlund was taken to hispital for X-rays after crashing into the boards in the second period against Switzerland on Wednesday. Ohlund, who plays for the Vancouver Canucks, was injured when he was checked by Patric Della Rossa from behind. He lost his balance and slid into the corner.
update 1:36pm via the IIHF,
(Regarding Ohlund) has suffered a bruised shoulder and ribs. If he is unable to play on Friday then Niklas Kronvall will take his place.
update 4:16pm, per CBC TV, Ohlund has either cracked or broken ribs and Salo has a possible seperated shoulder.
