Turco Struggles Again

Turco melted faster than the AAC ice on a July afternoon, coughing up the tying goal in the fading moments of regulation and the game-winner in overtime. The Avs' 5-4 victory ripped the heart out of a Stars' team that was finally beginning to look like itself again. Instead, they trail this series 0-2 with the next two games on tap in Denver. The loss should force coach Dave Tippett and the Stars to seriously consider whether they can continue to start Turco in goal Wednesday night in Denver.
