When there are points to be earned in a playoff push, players will do anything to get on the ice. "I've seen guys play with separated shoulders and dislocated shoulders," DiMaio said. "It's the nature of professional sports, I think. Especially in hockey. I don't know if the tolerance is higher. I think a lot of it is guys don't like to give their spots up to anyone else. There's a lot of pride. I think that's what makes the hockey guys pretty special."
