The Talk At The GM Meeting

National Hockey League general managers began arriving in Las Vegas Monday night for their semi-annual meetings and will spend three days wading through a heavy agenda of topics that should keep them away from the poker tables, at least through the daylight hours. One of the major talking points will be scheduling and alignment options in new NHL. Sadly, the chances of seeing anything change for next year are slim because the league is already well underway in terms of setting next year's schedule and matching the divisions against one another.
