From Dan Arritt at ESPN:
Ducks winger Teemu Selanne has told a newspaper in his native Finland that he plans to wait until September to make a decision on whether to return for his 20th season in the NHL.
Selanne had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee in June and wants to give the joint additional time to heal before announcing his plans, according to Ilta-Sanomat, the second-largest newspaper in Finland. Selanne has been working out in Finland this summer.
Selanne turned 41 on July 3 but continued to play at a high level last season.
