from Tim Wharnsby at the Globe and Mail,
The National Hockey League invited the top six North American prospects to Game 2 of the 2007 Stanley Cup final and nobody’s eyes were wider than juniors Karl Alzner and Keaton Ellerby.
The 6-foot-4 ½ Ellerby, who hails from Strathmore, Alta. and plays on the backend for the Kamloops Blazers, also shook hands with the player he idolizes, Anaheim 6-foot-6 defenceman Chris Pronger and almost could look him in the eye.
Check out the video profile of the prospects mentioned- Karl Alzner, Keaton Ellerby and Sam Gagner.
