The Official Word On The Health Of Mason Raymond

Vancouver, B.C. – President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that forward Mason Raymond sustained a vertebrae compression fracture. He is expected to be out of the lineup for 3-4 months.
Raymond will be available to the media at a later date.

it was horrible, the boston fans were booing like crazy when he got hit and when his two teammates eventually helped him off the ice. Way to stay classy boston.

Man, that just sucks. He should have been taken off on a stretcher. It’s making me wince thinking how much pressure he was placing on his spine trying to stand up between Kesler and Higgins. Hope he recovers fully and quickly.
