Every time the Americans take the ice, their goalies bring an entourage. Robert Esche is flanked by musicians. Rick DiPietro is buttressed by famous warriors. John Grahame is trailed by a couple of buxom brunettes, along with a muscle-bound soldier who carries a traditional Scottish knife and bears a startling resemblance to Mel Gibson in "Braveheart." These eclectic casts can be spotted on the masks of the American goalies. The characters, painted with an airbrush, travel everywhere the team does.
