Kukla's Korner Hockey

The End Of A Broadcasting Era

from Sam Rosen of MSG Network,
Well, it's the end of an era. For 20 years we worked hand and glove and it was just a great personal relationship and professional relationship. I couldn't have asked for anything better. As far as coming to work, it was great. I looked forward to every single game and working with a man who clearly was number one in his profession. No analyst in the history of hockey broadcasting comes close to J.D. He is the epitome of the hockey analyst and just a great person to have around.
more (at the bottom of his column)...plus Sam takes a look at Shanahan, other Ranger moves and Chris Pronger...
