I seem to be either too drunk or not drunk enough. Toronto, minimum wage? What the hey is this? Why? TORONTO? Minimum wage? No bonuses? What’s the point of this? Davos made sense, this does not. I need to lie down.

It only gets weirder in Laff Land for Losers.

What is in it for Jumbo Joe??  Taxes suck, Salary sucks, City of Toronto Sucks (I am Canadian),  Well at least their average age took a big hit.

But the Leaf fans will rejoice, thinking this is going to put them over the top.  I wonder if they ever thought that it might no be a Stanley Cup.

No offense to Joe, as no one else would offer him anything, $800 K Chump Change.

It will be fun to watch how he interacts with the most expensive players of his team.

They added Thornton, Simmonds, Spezza, Brodie and Vesey at the cost of Kapanen, Johnsson, Barrie, and Ceci. I like it for them. The Wings always had a strong veteran presence to compliment their youth.  Same for the Lightning, Blues, Capitals, and Penguins more recently.
