Some of the topics discussed on the Hotstove were- Randy Carlyle was the first topic and the word is he is not in any trouble. The GM meetings are coming up in March and the shootout will be brought up. Switching ends in OT may be an option and it looks as if hybrid icing will not change.

GM Tim Murray in Buffalo was brought up but he will not be taken advantage of regarding trades but every player is available for the right price. Also a debate on what to do with Mikhail Grigorenko.
