Televised Coverage of 2005 NHL Entry Draft

For the Michiganders out there- Comcast Local has announced that it will broadcast the 2005 NHL Entry Draft live to customers in its Michigan markets. The draft is being held on Saturday, July 30, in Ottawa, Ontario, and will begin at noon. In most of metro Detroit Comcast Local is channel 8. In other markets the channels are as follows: Lansing (channel 22), East Lansing (18), Flint (98) and Grand Rapids (23). Also, TSN is showing the draft in Canada and also will be streaming the show. MSG Network will also be carrying the draft. NHL.com will also be streaming beginning at noon tomorrow, but it is not available if you are in Canada. If you know of any other plans to televise the draft, just leave a comment.
