Team Apoligizes To Nolan

The Chicoutimi Saguenéens has apologized for the behaviour of its fans at a game against the Moncton Wildcats on December 16, saying the events were "reprehensible." Moncton coach Ted Nolan, an Ojibwa, was the target of repeated racial slurs during the game, and fans continued to harass the Wildcats as they made their way to the team bus when it was over. "The Saguenéens organization will send its sincere apologies to Mr. Ted Nolan and to the Wildcats for the events of last Friday," said Cardinal.more
