Take That Rangers Fan

from the Courier Post,

With about 5 minutes remaining in Sunday’s game against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden, Carter got tripped up by Brandon Dubinsky along the offensive right wing corner.

A Rangers fan in that section called for a dive and Carter turned back at him and smiled.

On the ensuing power play, Carter scored on a pass from Scottie Upshall and pointed to the fan behind the glass as if to say, “That one’s for you.”

“I had a buddy there in the corner heckling me,” Carter said. “So when I scored that goal I happened to turn that corner. I gave him a look and we had a good laugh. All in good fun.”
