"It has everything guys look for - vulgar language, violence and sex," Carlson said. "The ladies really go for it, too. With three great looking guys with all the talent in the world, why shouldn't they?" He doesn't care for the NHL now or for commissioner Gary Bettman. He notes that all-time greats Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux played while being hooked and held. "It's a glorified Tuesday Night No-Hit League now," Carlson said. Of Bettman, who was once NBA Commissioner David Stern's top lieutenant, Carlson said snidely: "I could never be commissioner of the NHL. I was never in basketball."
