Last week I pointed to a story in Brand Week stating Michael LaBroad, the CMO of the NHL, may not return this season. Today, a press release states he will be speaking at the CMO Summit.
Tapping into the CMO Council Summit's theme, "The Power of Engagement. Gaining Customer Intimacy, Insight & Inspiration," LaBroad will reveal his strategies for future growth opportunities, plans to leverage new media platforms to appeal to shifting demographics and fan-base expansion in his keynote address, "New Channels of Engagement: Growing the Fan Faithful."
