I have an irrational hatred for 99% of those teams. Kill me if any team other than Minnesota wins the cup.

Here we are in the parity era. Last few years we’ve had ..

Wings
Pens
Hawks
Bruins
Kings
Hawks.

Now, to those odds ...  hmm….

Boston Bruins                   5/2
Chicago Blackhawks           15/4
Pittsburgh Penguins             6/1

yep.  Parity.  Unmistakeable

I feel the same way, only its LA that wouldnt bother me.  Kopitar reminds me of a cromagnon Zetterberg.

I’ve coveted having him a DRW for some time.

I actually like LA.  Great mix of forwards.  Strong down the middle.  Can play any game.  And the backstop from hell.
