Spinning Forsberg Injury

Peter Forsberg was skating all by himself during a shift near the end of the second period in Boston last week. That’s when he felt something pull in his groin followed by some tightness. He tried to work it out between periods and returned to the ice for the third stanza. But, after just three shifts, it wasn’t feeling right, so Flyers coach Ken Hitchcock sent him to the locker room.
