Some Hockey Players Need An Attitude Adjustment

But you never leave an Olympic Games without remembering the enormous gap between the way athletes such as Hughes, Cindy Klassen, Chandra Crawford and Jenn Heil behave, and the way the NHL players, especially those from North America and Russia, handle themselves. Ask some players for 60 seconds of their time after practice and they act like you just dropped cigarette ashes in their skate. Ask Hughes to stand around with a group of journalists talking for half an hour after an exhausting race and she not only does it, she poses for pictures.
