It says, “gritty,” “energetic,” “rough and tumble.” All are pretty accurate descriptions of Branko Radivojevic, the latest in a slew of recent signings by the Minnesota Wild that are beginning to make October 5 look like Christmas morning. The Edmonton Oilers have agreed to terms with free agent defenceman Daniel Tjarnqvist on a one-year contract. The 6’2”, 200-pound native of Umea, Sweden spent the 2005-06 NHL season as a member of the Minnesota Wild.
