Sharks Ready To Make A Move

from the Mercury News,
Tonight at HP Pavilion, the Sharks play Edmonton -- the team directly ahead of them in the Western Conference standings. Which means that when they wake up Friday morning, they'll be anywhere from four to eight points out of a playoff spot. Quite a range. Get used to it. All 39 remaining games this season are against Western Conference foes. And -- with the exception of five against bottom-dwellers Chicago, Columbus and St. Louis -- all are four-point affairs with oversize playoff implications.
