With the Ottawa Senators back in business, a multi-pronged marketing approach to win back disgruntled fans has been activated. Lower ticket prices, gameday events and various community outreach programs are in place to steer the team in the right direction. However, a local business professor has concerns about whether the strategy will be successful. "Just to assume the stadium will fill up again – maybe it will – but I would be concerned if I was running a multi-million business," says Carleton University business professor Bill Lawson.
