Security Measures Being Taken At NHL Rinks

The National Hockey League is ramping up security at its rinks in the wake of the explosions at the Boston Marathon Monday.

NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly responded “yes,” in an email to QMI Agency when asked if the league is increasing security at its games.

“We have coordinated with all of the buildings in which NHL games are being played and appropriate steps are being taken to ensure the buildings are secure and safe,” wrote Daly.
