from Aaron Portzline of Puck-Rakers,
Blue Jackets center Ryan Johansen, out the past two games with a mysterious illness, is feeling better, club GM Jarmo Kekalainen said. He has skated on his own the last two days in Nationwide Arena.
"I anticipate he'll practice (on Thursday) and hopefully play (on Friday vs. Washington)," Kekalainen said.
After complaining of fatigue, Johansen left the club in Denver over the weekend, missing Saturday's game vs. the Colorado Avalanche. He also missed Tuesday's 3-1 win in New Jersey, so that he could remain in Columbus and have tests.
Kekalainen wouldn't reveal if Johansen's tests revealed anything.
