from David Pollak of Working the Corners,
Sharks general manager Doug Wilson said Tuesday that any review of his team’s season begins with his own performance and goes from there.
And while he made clear the respect he has for coach Todd McLellan, he stopped short of saying the coach would be back behind the bench next season because the annual evaluation process has not begun.
“I believe in Todd,” Wilson said. “Todd has been to the Final Four (here). He’s won a Cup in Detroit. I think he knows this game. But there are some things where we will all sit down and where we have to get better.”
Earlier, McLellan said he expects to be back and voiced similar thoughts on the review process.
