According to Fox 2’s Jennifer Hammond, the Red Wings have re-signed Tomas Holmstrom to a two-year contract:

And yet another Red Wing takes a home-town discount. Kudos to Tick Tock…and a huge thank you to Homer. At $1.875M per year, he has one of the league’s best bargains.
Note to Paul: Maybe the headline should have been: Wings fans cheer. League goalies shudder. ![]()
