According to TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger, Bozak's representatives have put a contract proposal on the table believed to be a length of eight years averaging less than $5 million per season.
In 46 games this season, Bozak scored 12 goals and 16 assists and finished fifth in team scoring.
