Former Tampa Bay Lightning player Alexander Selivanov will face off in federal court against the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS on Tuesday sued Selivanov and his wife, Carrie, seeking a lien against the couple's waterfront home in St. Petersburg to pay $77,600 in overdue taxes, plus interest. Carrie Selivanov is the daughter of former Lightning general manager Phil Esposito.
