-The NJ Devils PP is 4-for-103 over their last 14-plus games.
-Jaromir Jagr did not play in the 3rd period of the Ottawa game last night. He is suffering from neck spasms.
-Dallas goalie Johan Hedberg had two assists last night. The last goalie to have a multiple point game was Patrick Roy in December, 2000.
-After his first full practice since getting injured, Legace said Monday that he is hoping to play Saturday against Columbus, in the Wings' annual New Year's Eve game at Joe Louis Arena.
"Manny hasn't broke that news to me. I'm glad he let you guys (media) know first," Babcock said. "So when he lets me know, then I can talk about it."
