Feel free to discuss the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs games tonight.

GAME 4 – (2) LIGHTNING-(3) RED WINGS – TONIGHT AT 7 P.M. ET ON NBCSN – RED WINGS LEAD 2-1

Steven Stamkos and the Tampa Bay Lightning look to even their first-round series tonight against the Red Wings, with Detroit currently holding a 2-1 series edge. The Red Wings took Game 3 with a 3-0 shutout win, led by 22 saves by goaltender Petr Mrazek and Pavel Datsyuk’s second goal of the series.

John Forslund (play-by-play) and Andy Brickley (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call the action from Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Mich.

GAME 5 – (3) ISLANDERS-(2) CAPITALS – TONIGHT AT 7 P.M. ET ON CNBC – SERIES TIED 2-2

The Islanders and Capitals face off in a pivotal Game 5 matchup at 7 p.m. ET on CNBC, with their series deadlocked at two games apiece. The two teams split a pair of overtime affairs at Nassau Coliseum, as the Caps tied the series at two with a 2-1 win in Game 4, capped by Nicklas Backstrom’s game-winner 11:09 into overtime.

Kenny Albert (play-by-play) and Emmy Award-winning Inside-the-Glass analyst Pierre McGuire will have the call from the Verizon Center in downtown Washington, D.C.

GAME 5 – (3) BLACKHAWKS-(2) PREDATORS – TONIGHT AT 9:30 P.M. ET ON NBCSN – BLACKHAWKS LEAD 3-1

The Blackhawks look to finish off the Predators tonight in their first-round series, holding a 3-1 advantage over the Preds heading into tonight’s game in Nashville. The Blackhawks won both games in Chicago to take control of the series, including their Game 4 victory in triple overtime, capped by Brent Seabrook’s game-winner. Chicago goaltender Scott Darling made 50 saves in Game 4, and has stopped 127 of 131 shots in his three appearances.

Gord Miller (play-by-play) and Joe Micheletti (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will have the call from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.

GAME 5 – (3) FLAMES-(2) CANUCKS – TONIGHT AT 10 P.M. ET ON CNBC – FLAMES LEAD 3-1

Ryan Miller and the Vancouver Canucks look to stave off elimination at home with a Game 5 win over Johnny Gaudreau and the Calgary Flames at 10 p.m. ET on CNBC. The Flames outscored the Canucks 7-3 in their wins in Games 3 and 4 in Calgary, leading to Ryan Miller’s start in net for Vancouver tonight. The three-time U.S. Olympic goaltender has 54 starts in his NHL playoff career, and will make his first postseason start as a Canuck tonight with Vancouver on the brink of elimination.

Jim Hughson, Craig Simpson and Scott Oake will call the action from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, B.C.
