Yikes.  To healthy scratch your deadline acquisition… let alone one you paid such a high price for.

They didn’t acquire him thinking of next year.

I bet Winnipeg will trade Mason (no NT/MC, signed for another year at $4.1mil), since Hellebuyck is going to get a big fat raise (RFA with arb)...

I thought the Flyers/Pens games were heavy hitting (especially Game 2), but Minnesota/Winnipeg has been must-see TV.  Heavy heavy games and lots of fun to watch.
